Product Engineer
I talk to users, decide what to build, and ship it — 15+ live products, built and run solo, with AI agents doing most of the typing.

About
I've been shipping production software for 20 years — .NET and distributed systems for Swiss corporations and Fortune 500 clients, and, since 2024, my own portfolio of 15+ live products built end to end with AI coding agents. The portfolio has 1,000+ registered users and a growing base of paying customers. I own the whole loop: talk to users, decide what to build, write the spec, direct the agents, review the code, wire up Stripe, and run the infrastructure it all ships on. Two decades of enterprise delivery is where the judgment comes from; agents are what turned that judgment into a team's worth of output.

How I build
The last two years changed my job description: I do the architecture, the specs, and the review; coding agents do most of the implementation.
- Spec-driven agent development. Every feature starts as a
.mdspec. Claude Code consumes it and builds it, and I review like a tech lead — the same loop across .NET, Python, Node, and TypeScript codebases. Each product's stack was picked on merit, because agents removed the cost of switching. - Production agent systems, not demos. CareerAgents is a Python orchestrator on claude-agent-sdk that coordinates LLM scraping agents across six job verticals — discovering companies, extracting listings, normalizing data. It's how a solo operation indexed 2.38 million companies.
- Context engineering with a bill attached. NestClaw's smart context trimming cuts Claude token spend by roughly half. When you pay the API invoice for every user yourself, context engineering stops being a buzzword.
- One-person infrastructure. I migrated my entire Azure estate to a single Hetzner VPS: ~35 systemd services behind 21 Cloudflare zones, SQL Server, R2 storage, SES sending thousands of emails a day, GitHub Actions deploys with smoke tests. I am the on-call rotation.
Stack, currently: C# / .NET · TypeScript / React · Python · Node · PostgreSQL, SQL Server, SQLite · Docker, systemd, Cloudflare, GitHub Actions · Claude Code, OpenAI & Gemini APIs · Stripe, Amazon SES
