I’ve been quietly working on something for the past few months, and it’s time to share it publicly.
Career.Coffee is pivoting to become a dedicated job board and networking platform for specialty coffee professionals. Baristas, roasters, café managers, green buyers, trainers — anyone building a career in coffee.
The Vision
The specialty coffee industry is global, passionate, and growing. But finding jobs? It’s fragmented. Scattered across Instagram stories, Facebook groups, company websites, and word of mouth.
I want to change that.
The goal is ambitious but simple:
- Every coffee shop and roastery in the world, listed on one platform
- Every coffee-related job, scraped and aggregated daily
- A single, reliable source for coffee industry careers and networking
Career.Coffee should be the first place you check when you’re looking for your next role — and the first place you post when you’re hiring.
Where Things Stand Today
The platform is live and functional, though still very much in development. Here’s what’s already there:
- 300+ companies imported and growing
- 50+ active job listings
- Three main sections: Jobs, Companies, and Professionals
Things are moving fast. AI tools have been a game-changer for accelerating development and scaling the onboarding of coffee businesses. What would have taken months is happening in weeks.
Why I’m Sharing This Now
Because I need your help.
Building in isolation is a mistake. The people who will actually use this platform — job seekers, hiring managers, coffee professionals — should have a voice in shaping it.
